" Coyote Pup's "

            It was a rainy day and the pups were looking for mom and food but staying at the entrance of the den. I tried to get as close as possible. All of a sudden, a strong sound from the opposite side of the den was heard very loud. Like warning me: don't get too close to the Pups...

Whoa!!! I've never heard such a sound in my life before. It echoed everywhere. I immediately moved backwards as a male coyote was coming in my direction. Soon, I realised that coyote wasn't the same one that howled so loud... I looked to my left and SHE was standing on top of the hill watching!! In time, I was able to photograph her Pups but I will never forget how protective she was.
