Finding Bears to photograph from a close distance, is not always an easy chore. Be prepared to carry heavy photo equipment that sometimes weighs many, many pounds... This image was photographed with a 600 mm Nikon prime lens.

Photographing bears is dangerous and keeping a safe distance is a must. These two bears are brother and sister, offsprings of the famous Moma bear #399 in Grand Tetons National Park, Wyoming... It was a rainy and stormy afternoon and the sun was peaking between the clouds when these two playful bears appeared... They gave a 30 minute show and then they decided to split and were gone in different direction ...
